I'm trying not to get onto alot of meds - makes me fall asleep driving if I do. I am not currently seeing my T - he stopped our sessions until Sept. because I missed two appts. within 6 months.

My last one I simply didn't have the $$ for gasoline and told him so - didn't matter. I got cut off without any support. It has been very hard on me.
