people that have mental disorders espically if you have more then one, will find coping with one's self and our emtions difficult cause it is a lot to undertake.
for me asking questions that I realized I had put off for years about myself and why I ticked certain ways was a very hard thing to do. And it was like re learning myself.
Many old friends and family, more so family....say I seem different then how I was before. I don't seem like the old person I was before this makes them more concerned and worried for me.
I was not able to deal with change in my self and my personality and be able to under take going to school. So I had to drop out and take time off to deal with my health and it is still a very hard thing for me to do.
Take you time don't be afraid to ask question if you really truly want the answers, and get as much help from as many people as you most possibly can.
In the long run it will be worth it, it will be a long trying road believe me I am on it with all the speed bumps as well. But there will be light at the end of the tunnel.
