im really having trouble with my father and im afraid that being depressed is affecting my eating, theres no group for that on this site, ssry in advance if i get pissed off or sound mad at anyone trying to help. me and my dad got in an argument tonight. i asked my sister a question and she yelled back at me, so my dad thought i was doing sumthing men to her. he startedyelling and i told him and he didnt bak off and then i shut up, i had a bag of popcorn in the micro wave and when i shaid thankyou to my sister she goes "whatever, ..." and my dad started yelling at me. he todl me that if i said one more negative thing ever that he would smack me upside the the head, im sick of it. i go t so mad that i poured a tom of melted butter over my extra butter popcorn and added a ton of garlic salt. i took it to my room and drank 3 cokes and ate my popcorn as fast as i could i was so depressed from my dad that i ate abnormally. im worried about myself. i need some help. writing a not didnt work for giving it to my friend and so i'm gunna go to her house within the next 2 weeks and try to talk to her.
