I did not do that much good, but I slammed on the brakes to avoid killing an opossum who was crossing the street. The opossum crossed the street fine. I was so glad!!

Also, I allowed myself to get really mad today, and the therapist was proud of me since I usually do not allow myself to feel strong emotions!!
