My T asked me to do the same thing....we have a meeting room; with tables and chairs. .. we now have a room for them to go to when I am doing meetings with outside people and they all want to come out to be heard. .... in this room their is a TV, games, puzzles, coloring books and reading books for all ages. It works 90% of the time that they will all go there.
