It's my 3rd day of jogging, and I feel I need to take a day off. I read it online, that actually for beginners it's better for the body to run only every other day. Because then the body has time to reenergize itself. i feel two days in a row was great, but today I shouldve taken a rest. But no problem, at least I learned how to do it the healthy and gradual way.
On the off-days I'm gonna perhaps do pushups or whatever.
