Well ... I guess a person learns something new every day!

I'm havent heard of any therapist in my area (QLD, Australia) who practises using Janov's sorts of techniques ... wasnt Janov the guy that termed the 'Primal Scream'?

hmm - I'd be interested to hear if anybody has experienced that sort of therapy personally - it sounds a bit flaky to me though.

But then again, I'm of the belief that whatever works for you is fine, as long as its not hurting anyone.
