My bag is always heavy,I too, cannot deal with a small bag like most people use these days. It's amazing what we'll find in them when we ever get time to empty it and clean it out.
biplol, 15 lipsticks? It sounds harmless, but may get cumbersome or worse messy if a cap slips off.
I use to have a thing with nail polishes and lipsticks, just not carried in my bag though. I think there are times (thanks to pretty sales displays/ads)we get attracted and want to reward ourselves, renew our looks, or just have some fun with makeups, it helps perk one up and is a harmless thing.

One thing I used to get annoy with, was when a family member would see the stuff I'd be buying, I'd hear, "gee, what are you feeling manic?". Grrrrrrrrrr! it doesn't always have to do with bipolarism, people can be happy, people can use things like that for self rewards of working hard, passing an exam/semester,dieting success, and other things to "celebrate" about.
Happiness, doesn't always have to be due to the label, "bipolar".

Enjoy!!
BTW
When I get a lipstick I find I do not like, I give to my mom. Shampoo that doesn't do anything for me,my son adopts them, and the nailpolishes (I haven't bought anymore for about 5 yrs)I've let my SIL go through and take them.
They are all like new, some were never used.
Well, hypomania or just plain old having fun,my purchases end up benefiting my family members, and never wasted.
