Wellbutrin didn't do anything for me, either. Sure, Wellbutrin helps a certain percentage of the people who take it, but it's not for everyone. Just tell your doctor what you've shared here, particularly the contrast with Paxil.

Your pdoc needs to know about these, too - what you are actually feeling and experiencing.

mastered the "fetch" command. He would communicate he wanted something, and I would fetch it.
