A lot of ssri meds give muscle and jiont pain , its a side effect. 80mg is a lot i must admit. Carnt you ask your doctor switch to lexapro the newer vertion of celexa , the doseing is different 80mg celexa is 40mg lexapro , my doc would cross tapper in 1 day say to 30mg lexapro and see if thats to little or to much.
