I get accused of it all the time. No one trusts me at all now; they think I make up stories about being mistreated when in reality, I'm being truthful, I just interpreted things completely wrong. I will often feel like people are being mean to me, but they really aren't. I don't really think that misperception equals lying, but that is how everyone else seems to view it.
