I have bipolar type 1 and bpd and I do at night and I always have. For the most part I hardly eat at all during the day being so busy with the kids. When the kids go to bed and its quite and I am left alone with my thoughts I eat. All kinds of stuff I know I shouldn't eat. I was very overweight for a long time and had a gastric sleeve for health reasons and have lost almost 100 pounds and I still find myself doing this sometimes. I am just trying to make better choices of what I over eat with, like it really makes a difference.
