I could almost second what you said Cherry, but didn't have the gastric sleeve, but I eat late at night when sons gone to sleep, don't eat much all day because when I'm busy I don't feel hungry. I pick the wrong stuff to binge on, but I'm deciding to have celery cut up ahead of time, frozen grapes, anything that takes longer to chew and doesn't raise the blood sugar too quickly. My meds for bp , Seroquel, REALLY affect the reason I binge at night. I've lost 50 pounds, but its going to be hard to keep it off if I keep up with binging at night.
So, tips, have protein that you like available, if you like cold chicken, salmon, and have lots of fibre like beans, peas, all bran, whole grains etc. stuff that fills you up longer. I am starting to like to eat as much oatmeal as I want, and its filling so I don't go looking for more.
