I focus on my stomach, bellybutton, and think of it as the baby I once was, and find myself relaxing and 90% of the time I fall asleep in minutes. If I have trouble focusing I lay my hand on my belly button. Sounds kind of funny, like what the old mystics called "navel gazing", but, it works for me as I said about 90% of the time. I think I am nurturing the child that wasn't nurtured well at all when I was young. Blessings to you! Have a peaceful day.

QuietGrace thanks, that sounds like it is close to or is another common fettal position of the hand,, so when I place the web of my hand which is between my thumb and forefinger right next to my navel, that too stimulates immunitiy as well as any other position, thus that must be how the fetus held its umbilical cord.
By the way people say glad this works for you , as if it wouldnt work for them, but since this appears to work due to a triggering of a gene that evolved in the fetus plus the across the board effect and in a total of forty people I referred to above, and consistency of it working for others if done correctly I believe this will work for anyone.
