Even when I was on a low dose of 112.5mg I still felt hot and sweaty all the time, too. I have been going through a crisis so my pdoc increased my dosage to 150mg. So I am hotter and sweatier still. I loathe it, but need it. My favorite ambient temperature varies between 55 and 60 degrees fahrenheit.
