Thats the spirit, Allilm!. THe reason I think rings interfere with this method is I thinkk because they touch the area the area between the fingers or thumb and fingner, thus reproducing the fetus holding his ambilical cord, but do so with a piece of metal rather than a human body part and the body balks at that and the stimulation from having the hand up is reduced. THe watch detracts because of the battery. Just holding a batter in my hand suppresses my immunity.
