Better to do with out the distractions/detractions. Im just interpreting it as both being a reduction in power. I get what you're talking about and that its best to practice in a controlled environment. Im only asserting that when the skill is practiced as habit, even with distraction, it would have positive effects. Maybe in a car or in the park. At a detracted value. I would think repetitive practice in the controlled environment would strengthen ones ability to withstand distraction/detraction. Sorry, not arguing, only explaining what I meant. Ive worn metals when meditating before and it had an interesting effect. In some ways it felt as though it amped up the meditations effects and at other times I found the vibration disruptive. I wear no jewelry now. Great information Steve. Thanks again!
