Try eating something every 2 hours or 6 times a day. Take some Probiotics to help your digestive system stay balanced. Avoid high fat foods and dairy and see if it helps. Do eat yogurt.

Keep track of your bowel patterns and if it persists get that doctor appointment. Use a hospital with free care if you have to.

Try some Pepto Bismoulth when diarreahe happens.
