No it's no one business other than those doing the treating - it's not even any of the courts business if she chooses to quite that program - and THEY should not even know she is there...
Court ordered rehab is always a bad idea and dose not help unless that is what that person wanted anyway, and if that is the case, they will just do it, WITHOUT the order to.
HOWEVER , IF intact an addiction dose exist - there may be some things a person can do in the process that are police matters - like stealing, exc. - but addiction in itself is a MEDICAL issue - therefore leave it up to MEDICAL PROFESSIONALS to deal with it - and leave law-enforcement 100% out of the equation - to the point where they get no information at all.
That's my stand on anything like that, regardless of anything - medical issues stay with medical personal only - and under NO circumstances is anyone even entitled to that info except those directly involved with treating it - and no treatment should EVER be forced on anyone - no exceptions.
