I haven't cut now for just going on 3 months, mainly because once I had got over my depression, I no longer wanted to cut. But recently I have had the urge to do it again. I don't know why, because my mood is ok and there's nothing troubling me. But one of my friends emailed me today about how she was feeling triggered to cut, and thinking about cutting triggered me, although I did nothing. I have been thinking about cutting for a while now, and now I think I may act on it. But I don't know why I'm feeling this way. Any ideas?
