Hi everyone. It's been a while since I posted, I see some familiar names and lots of new ones. I'll try to catch up on things and get to know all the new people.
So my update is that my son is now 7 weeks old and doing really well. Thankfully I have been doing really well since the birth as well. I've had some slight hypomanic symptoms which we averted with some seroquel and the odd down day. But nothing that is unexpected or particularly challenging.

I'll try to check in a bit more often though sleep is still quite previous and I try to rest as much as possible.
