I don't know what kind of phone system you have at work, but if you're having to give the same information so many times, is it possible to record it? A techie could figure a way to put it on a loop I bet.
I'm sorry you're going through this. I'd find it annoying, even without any issues to deal with. Talk to any techies you know--they can do this.
