(((DH))) Why do you think you get this with giving directions? Is it the confusion, the repetetiveness? Do these people have gps and can just plug the address into their car or phone? Do you guys have a website you can direct them to? Or a little map you could email them?

Or could it have to do with the location youre having to tell them to drive through - did something bad happen there?

There's this one game on lumosity that I HATE ... it's made it obvious to me how I'm not so great at directions. So there's a maze and 2 penguins, you race against the other penguin to get to the food. Sounds fun enough right? Nope - cuz the maze spins and then the arrow controls don't work like they should! I get pretty anxious when that game pops up in my training.

Also, once in a rental car, it had gps and you could choose to keep it always north or to move as you move. My mom was kindly laughing at me because I could not wrap my head around it, so confusing! Confusion is one the primary emotions that leads to anger - from that one type of therapy I did with my son.
