Oh, how I wish we could have it on a recording. That would be so good. But, no. Our office loses money, not make money. We don't have 'press one for directions,' blah! The other offices get it, but we don't. there's a lot we don't get, because we're a money loser. The only reason we exist is because they feel our service is important.
I do e-mail or mail our directions out. But, people still want me to give it. The thing is, people are coming from all over the city to see us. So, they have no idea where we are. We have given our maps to the doctor offices to hand out, only maybe 4-5 of the 79 providers actually pass them out.

Then, if someone doesn't get their e-mail or letter they call me needing directions.

It's like never ending.
I have no idea why I hate it so much. I have a lot of repetative things to say. Like what class is about, I repeat that information the exact same amount. I know that GPS actually is wrong to our location, and so it is better to give directions. Nothing bad has happened here.... I don't know what it is.
