i never stopped talking to her.
I just stopped thinking about her as 'a mother' in my head.

We talked till her last day. Not about important topics, I'm afraid.
I made clear that I she had to stay beyond certain points, certain questions and behaviors. She tried not to, but i had it my way.

SO it was not a mother/daughter relationship. It was.... something. What we could afford without bleeding too much
