Gosh, I wish I knew, and this is not encouraging to hear. I'm on my 3rd now, the first 2, for 2 mos. each having done nothing, and still waiting for this one to take effect. I don't have any hope that it will really. How do you keep the hope & keep trying? I am really hoping something in the MAOI class works for you, and soon
