I have losing teeth dreams all the time. I really think it has more to do, in my case, with fear of the dentist, having had poor dental care as a youngster, and the resulting deficits in my own dental situation in adult life. I often dream of teeth breaking off, coming out whole, etc. I don't place any symbolism on such dreams.
