I'm off to see a counsellor for the first time since high school. Things haven't been fantastic lately, nor have they been deeply awful, but I think it's time to get some help and have a safe and reliable place to talk about issues. My only concern is my inability to voice how I feel... it's so hard to describe. Besides this, I'm feeling fairly good about seeing someone. However, any tips/advice is appreciated!
