grrrr why do I feel like "I can't believe this!" grrrr

In this interim, and my walking out and ending the mediation, with all my items on the table... it's time for a hearing. The scty said she'd schedule one, and within that week I receive a notice from the Capital that a pre trial hearing was scheduled for Oct 27th. (Attorneys only.)

So that day my attorney mailed to me a notice of MEDIATION for January 2007!!! AND then, she expects me to go in to her office for prep for that mediation, DECEMBER 27th!!!

I am upset. I called and left a message, but need to recall and tell them NO MORE MEDIATIONS I WANT MY HEARING ON THESE THINGS! I wish I had an attorney who would sue this attorney for whatever it's called, taking money and not advocating for the client! [b] GRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR
