Bottom line - no it's no one bussiness as far as reporting details...

HOWEVER - to me that is not the issue at all-
my issue is no matter what, she was basically forced in to that in the first place - that is ALWAYS WRONG! and NEVER any of law enforcements business regardless of anything - period - no exceptions.
That is my problem with that whole mess - the court getting involved with any sort of medical treatment - they need to stay out of that part of it at all times.
