do you need to have the full symptoms to be an adhd or if you have some of the characteristic of adhd then you have adhd? im not moving slow i can move fast like normal people and i have to talk a bit slow so people could understand me better, and when im reading a long article and such like on the pc I play around with the cards just to keep my hands busy...
