Ah, I had no idea you were from the USSR! I've always wanted to visit Germany and Russia...though I suppose I'd really have to adapt and overcome my hatred of the cold for the latter. Do you speak both languages?

Dunno about the voyeurs, but I would imagine there'd be more than a few instances of that happening. The popular urban legend about the guy with the claw (I'll link it) is in that vein to a degree, and typically, there's a background to legends like that.
