Hi ~ Anxiety can be very difficult to live and work with.

I had it quite severely at one time, and I very often embarrassed myself.
My suggestion is to get a referral to a good therapist. Therapy was the best gift I ever gave to myself. It was immensely helpful to me, and anxiety was not the only issue I had, come to find out! Thru therapy, I found out that I had numerous issues that I had blocked out thru the years. I'm SO glad I went thru therapy because today I am MUCH healthier mentally than I ever was!
So get a referral, if possible. If not, at LEAST talk to your medical doctor. He can STILL help you, even if you don't go into therapy.
