Every time my pdoc and my therapist are in the same room with me I get so paranoid and anxious! In the past if they were together it was because it cause I was in trouble. But today they just wanted to touch base with me together to see how they can help me and the entire time I was just waiting for them to gang up on me. I almost had a panic attack! Does anybody else get this way?
