Keep in touch and give the Zoloft a few more days to kick in. In the meantime, try
"the lemon thing" if you have any lemons in the refrigerator. That might relieve a little
of the tension; it does work for some of us.

Try to sleep well; that always helps. Ask your psychiatrist for an anti-anxiety medication to help your feeling tone on the trip if you need it. It could be something about the trip and visit that are affecting you even now.
