I went through a crisis in March, and hid what a dangerous place I was in emotionally.
I wish that I hadn't done that.
I was afraid that I would put too much stress on my family, who I live with. I know now that if I get to that dark place again, that I HAVE TO GO TO THE HOSPITAL.
I hate it there, but it will be the safest place for me to be.
If you think you should go, then that probably means you should go. The professionals there will screen you to make sure you really belong there, but it sounds to me that you do need to go.
