There are different subtypes to adhd, but some of the test you take out of books such as driven to distraction or delivered from distraction are some of the simple self tests they can use if your pondering seeing someone. There are two batches of symptoms and you go through and check of the ones you may or may not have. At the end it tells you if it is a possibility and if you should seek help.
