Please don't wait! I finally called my pdoc yesterday after a week-and-a-half of a dysphoric mania that's had me chasing my own tail and questioning my sanity, and I wish I hadn't been so stubborn in thinking I could power through it on my own. Please call your pdoc today and request an emergency visit, or see if you can deal with it over the phone; if you're already on an antipsychotic he'll probably have you increase your dosage, or if not he may call in an order for one to your pharmacy.
