Be careful with cutting the stools back though - when you do that, it's not that there is less waste, it's that less waste is getting out, AND what dose is concentrated, a lot ends up getting re-absorbed in to the body.
But if it keeps up, yes DEFINITELY see some doctor about it - ever if it is just a free clinic, or ER doctor. ERs have to treat you regardless of insurance or ability to pay, once you get a bill, you can apply for charity care.
Once things are done with disability and Medicare/Medicaid - you may need a referral from you PCP, but I would see a gastroenterologist.
If it's something that can not be fixed, it's can sure be managed, and Medicaid will pay for that with a medical diagnosis, and there are pills that can eliminate the Oder.
