thanks, yes it's been 22 years of depression. my concern is that the periods of stability used to be much longer, but they are getting shorter and shorter. I know that I'm gonna end up shuffling around a long term psychward having lost my mind. the doctor actually talked to me about that a couple weeks ago. I am putting in a call to him today. I also finished the disability application, work is impossible right now.
