After an internet search I actually think the culprit is the band of fish oil I am taking. It can cause all kinds of digestive bloating and flatulence. I take it for the Omega-3, which is good for bipolar & the heart. I think I'm going to stop the Fish Oil & see if that works, along with a gas reducer. If it works I'll shell out a few more bucks for krill oil. It's supposed to be much better with less digestive side effects.
I drink a cultured smoothie every day called Kefir. It's probiotic contains 12 live & active cultures. It's brand is Lifeway and touts "Kefir - known as the champagne of dairy, can be effervescent due to it's unique probiotic strains". I have to say is it is a little pricey, but tastes fantastic. Huge fan of the stuff.
