I'm so sorry your son is worse and also that he wants to move in with you. If you can't do this, then you can't do this! Don't feel guilty about it, as you have your health and your sanity to take care of.

Besides, I hate to say it but your son probably would not try to get better if he has you taking care of him. Be firm and let him know that it just won't work.
