Find an EMDR therapist. It will help process the reasons as to why you are using negative coping behaviors. CBT in my opinion does not work for Bulimia. EMDR and my incredibly nurturing therapist are saving my life. I feel at age 46 I might be able to make something of myself. I actually see myself in the future instead of dead.Don't listen do those crazy EMDR side effects people claim that happen. Search for a EMDR referrals on google and find one well trained.
