I use the MTWThF pill sorter. But sometimes I still fall asleep before taking my evening meds, and don't know until morning. Or sometimes i will get busy in the morning and fail to take them and won't know until I go to take my evenng meds. But those cases are rare and in between. The pill sorter really helps me know whether or not I took my meds, so I don't take them twice by mistake.
