Hello I hope you are doing well at thie time. I just wanted to tell you that I have depression and anxiety, and I HAVE to stay on medication and adjust it sometimes in order to feel that I am happy and motivated. I have just got to the point that I feel that I deserve to fell good and that if that means taking medication to feel better then I need to take medication in order to feel like I like to feel, also I work long hours and I need the energy to get throught the day as well. I for one feel that there is a reason that you want to go off of the medication, and I am more than willing to help support you during your time of concern regarding taking your medication, because I FEEL that there is more going on than just stopping the medication. Perhaps the support you have at this time is not enough to meet your needs correctly in taking your medication regularly, I dont know, but i am willing to listen if you are willing to tell me how and what you are feeling regarding your medication.
