I've heard that meditating helps when trying to relax and such. I've also heard stories of people meeting their alters during meditation, and I would like to do that too. But, I really don't know how. Do you need any candles or scents ( Im broke so I cant afford them)? Do you listen to a guided meditation or something else? What type of meditation do you listen to (ex. chakra opener, emotional healing, finding your inner self)? Or do you just listen to calming music or nothing at all? Sorry, Ive been having trouble trying to meditate recently, I need all the help I can get. Any advice?
