Yes, on Yahoo Answers and ask really bad sometimes nasty or even stupid questions for points and attention sometimes even to abuse the site. But you can track them or type their name on a Search engine or ID for a site like AOL, Yahoo, Hotmail etc. For example lets say their ID for PC is 5735832573856 and they seem a bit odd and you wonder , in their profile it says that they are bannana479284792385 at AOl then type that in and most of the time you get great results! If they are abusing the site and there is a abuse button then report them! But PC has been one of the best sites and creating a safe, spam free, great site environment. Some are unkept and full of spam, bad postings and people whom abuse the site or never post for years.
