I think thats a good point to be at. Before you can get unstuck it helps to understand what got you where you are. If you cant understand why you got there, at least accepting you are there is a good first step. Then you can allow yourself to explore any reasons for it. Its ok to be where you are. It doesnt mean anything negative about you. It means accepting you are real and have feelings. Feelings can hurt but feelings can be good to. Its ok to know that you hurt and want to feel better.
