Don't quit. I know I'm probably the last person that should say that because I want to quit right now - but I know (and I know you know) that things will get better. Maybe not today, or tomorrow, but soon.

Don't put on a happy face. Hard thing to do, I know -- but truely expressing yourself and your emotions releases you from the strain of trying to control them which can lead to major frustration, anxiety, and depression.

Why are you so busy? Is there any way you can take a break and do something you want to do for yourself? Even an hour - watching a funny movie or reading a book can help. I know I'm harping on you - but eating is important. Nothing can be more important than at least trying to take care of yourself - time commitments or no time commitments.

As for the "others" you speak of ... I've found that some people just really like to complain, but also that sometimes a person's perceptions of themselves being "busy" differ greatly from another person's idea of "being busy".

If it helps - scream. Seriously. Find somewhere that you're not likely to be disturbed and just scream! It can really help to relieve tension and pent up frustrations.

Hope I've made some amount of sense and that I was at least somewhat helpful.
