Well, I was sitting here thinking and decided to post about one of my very strange (frustrating to my boyfriend) behaviours. In order to control my bedtime/late night panics I MUST no ifs ands or buts about it, MUST have my TV on in order to fall asleep (i generally find myself with insomnia accompanied by/or maybe due to, panic attacks galore if i try otherwise... i was merely wondering if anyone else has any behaviours such as this, or if im a needle in a haystack??? Trust me due to electricity bills it'd be wonderful to fall asleep in quiet, but I cant, as soon as all is quiet my brain starts going and my body and mind are flooded with panic- ithink it may be due to the fact that one night while i tried to sleep quietly, i panicked, and now the TV seems to make my mind drift off into tvland, i mean i barely even look at it at night, i just listen. I think its to avoid the flooding of nighttime thoughts and brain activity, but im unsure if this is a healthy behaviour. lol...
